We offer free valuations on all commercial properties including retail shops offices and industrial units for sale or to let. We offer very competitive rates on selling or letting any type of commercial property.

Rent Reviews

We are able to offer assistance in any rent reviews to landlords or tenants. At very reasonable costs we will help and advise tenants who have large rent increases demanded on them. Talk to us for any advice.

Energy Performance Certificate

Energy performance certificates are now required when selling or letting any type of commercial property and we can arrange for a qualified inspector to carry out a survey and produce a certificate for your premise.
