Free Valuation

We offer free valuations to vendors considering selling their businesses or commercial properties whereby we will arrange a mutually convenient appointment to meet you at your premise advise on a current market selling price and discuss our sales procedures and very reasonable charges.

Written Valuations

If you require a written valuation and report on any commercial property this can be carried out by ourselves with a modest fee. Valuations can be carried out on Freehold properties together with goodwill, fixtures and fittings and the valuation of leases.

Finance

If you require finance on any of the businesses or commercial properties that we are marketing or others that you are interested in purchasing please ask us for details. We have contacts at major banks and specialist commercial financial lenders and we will put you in contact with the most appropriate lender for your particular requirement.

Accountants & Stock Valuers

We are able to recommend accountancy services to any new owner of a business or to anyone wishing to change their accountants plus we can recommend stock valuers to carry out valuations of stock on an annual basis or a one off sale.

Solicitors

We are able to advise on a choice of commercial Solicitors. We recommend ones that we deal with on a regular basis and offer reasonable fees.

Management

Hurdley and Co offer a commercial property management service on Freehold commercial premises whereby we will collect the rents on a monthly or quarterly basis advise on rent reviews and deal with any problems arising from the property.

If you are interested in purchasing a business contact ourselves and we will keep your details and property requirements on our mailing list and send you on a regular basis any businesses that may be of interest to you.

Financial Advisors

If you require advise on residential mortgages, pensions, investments please ask for details we have contacts with independent Financial Advisors qualified to help you invest your money wisely.
